With a heavy heart I say goodbye to you Nonna. I will miss sitting at your feet and waiting for you to drop food. And yell at me to get away from you. Flower will miss sitting at your feet too. She will miss your smile, and your presence. We will meet again, we will await our reunion to meet Papa too. xoxo

Where do I even start Nunna?
whether it was playing 45's, shopping, or simply just sitting down with for a cup of coffee I always enjoyed my time with you. I will never forget the day I got my drivers license as the first drive I did by myself was to your house to have a cup of coffee with you... I will miss telling you about my job, as you asked all the time. I will miss making that stop during the holidays to your house to drop off your scratch tickets. Everything I have done so far was for you, I was motivated to accomplish great things because I knew it made you proud. You were always someone that I could turn to when I needed help, or was just having a bad day and needed someone to talk to. I was so thankful to have had such a loving, caring, grandmother who has a heart of gold, and just simply wanted the best for all of her grandchildren. I am broken, and lost without you, as you were an every day part of my life that is no longer here. I hope your playing 45's with Papa, and winning big on your scratch tickets in heaven Nunna. I Love you.
your loving Grandson, Nathan.

Nana I was there with you from the start. You fought hard and you were a very strong person. I miss the phone ringing every day. I miss hearing your voice every day. I miss seeing you. You always wanted to see me play football And you would always ask me about how my games went and you always told me how you wanted to come. Now that you are up there you will be able to see me play. I love you nana and I miss you so much. I feel like life is not the same without you and you were the greatest grandmother I could ever ask for. I am gonna miss going over your house and cleaning for you even tho you drove me nuts I loved coming over and seeing you. You are finally reunited with papa. You both will be happy together and I am happy you will be watching over me ans seeing me graduate. I love and miss you both.

Ma, I love you so much and miss you more than you know. I will miss talking to you everyday, having a coffee with you, taking you macaroni and crispilli's. I will miss our shopping trips to the market and stores we loved. My life will never be the same, there is a blank space now and my heart is broken. A huge piece of me went with you, always in my heart and on my mind.

Auntie Linda, You were always like a mother to me, even when you were a teenager. How did you learn to be so caring of your niece who was not much younger than you? You often gave me good advice to live by and I am so blessed that you were there for me. Then one drizzly night you took me for a walk to the corner store. The concern you displayed as you held my hand and spoke to me about being cautious, gave me such a wonderful feeling of contentment! So much so, that it is one of the most precious memories of my childhood.

Despite your many health problems throughout your life, you were a strong lady. Uncle loved you so much and took good care of you. The times we spent together since Uncle Johnny's passing were bittersweet. I wished I could have brought him back for you. You managed so well for a long time. Recently you spoke of being weary and tired of all the struggles: the many doctor appointments, the help you needed to pay bills, go food shopping and maintain your house. You shared that Jesus became your constant companion in times of worry, pain and illness.

My Dear Aunt, I am deeply saddened at the thought of you leaving this world. I pray you have been reunited with the love of your life and you are both in Jesus' presence In Perfect Peace. Now may you rest as you are weary no more.
Auntie, I love you and I will miss you....... Donna

I chose the "Bible and Cross" emblem because I believe in the Word of God about life after death. There IS eternal life in and I pray that everyone who reads this posting will without haste (in Linda's memory); believe; ask and recieve Jesus Christ into your hearts today. Linda loves and has loved her family with all of her heart, for all of her life, and in knowing her; I believe that nothing would make her more happy than to see each one of her beautiful children & grandchildren live and love with her again in heaven one day.

Dear Patty, Lisa, and Mickey and your loving families,
May God bless and comfort you in and through your tears, pain and mourning for your mom. Cal and I are praying for all of you in our hearts, home & church groups. If it comforts you to be silent; then be silent. If it comforts you to cry; then cry. If it comforts you to pray; then pray. If it comforts you to smile; then smile. Whatever you need to do, remember that Jesus is with you. His hand is upon you and knows how you feel. We love you all. xo

Dear Linda,
Because you are and have always been such a wonderful woman; sister; wife; mother and grandmother; your absence leaves a tremendous pain in the hearts of those who love you. It was always so nice to see you when we were visiting at John & Patty's house. Rest in sweet peace, Linda. It has been an honor and privilege to know you in this life. We pray and believe that you have moved on from this earthly life into a new heavenly life, sharing eternity with those who have gone before you. It's in Jesus precious name we pray; until we all believe and meet again one day, Love, Karen & Calvin Ray xo

GOD'S WORD SAYS:
John 11:23-26 Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.” Martha said to him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.” Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Whoever believes in me, though he die, yet shall he live, and everyone who lives and believes in me shall never die. Do you believe this?”

Nonna- my grandmother, my shopping buddy, and most of all, my best friend. I am so grateful for the time I got to spend with you. Whether it was eating popcorn and watching tv or shopping for pocketbooks, I always enjoyed spending time with you. I will miss the way that your face lit up whenever you were with any of us grandchildren. You will forever be in our memories and our hearts. We all love you and miss you.
