Apr 14 2019 - Babe - can't believe it's 20 months since God took you home. I so love you and miss you every day and every night - I know that you know that because I say it every day. My life is so incomplete without you. Not sure how I am able to function - it's purely robotic. Always know that you are in my heart and soul. I will always be your Baby Girl - You are the Love of my life - you are my Life. I can't wait for the day to be with you once again - for all eternity. I love you Bobby Bourdelais with all of my heart always and forever xoxoxo

Dear Susan,
I am sorry to be posting this so long after Bob's passing- I hope you can still get to read this- but I just found out today of your loss. You have my deepest condolences. I grew up with Bob, hanging out and playing basketball in Methuen and hadn't seen him for many years, although I did occasionally search for him on Facebook. He was really my brother Rick's friend as I was always the 'little brother," five years younger than Bob. But how I looked up to him! He was the Fonz, the coolest guy I knew and I admired everything about him- from the smooth way he shot a basketball to his amazing long hair to how incredibly nice he was to everyone. Though I was a bit of a geek and not a very good basketball player, Bob NEVER made me feel small and even sometimes picked me on his team! I also got to tag along on more than one occasion to Seabrook Beach. He would often come by our house just to visit with my mother and she absolutely adored him. I was SO PROUD to be counted among his friends. When I found out today that he had died, no doubt after a brave struggle, I felt like a big piece of my childhood had died with him. Again, though we have never met and I now live far away (Auckland, New Zealand) I'd like to send you my deepest sympathies. Bob was a special person and I will never forget him.
Regards,
Artie

Dear Susan,
A great, great loss. Your love for each other will never end, it's that strong. Bob is watching over you and he's in your heart, still, i know it's so hard. You'll be OK, I know it. Be good to yourself and take your time. You always have a ear to chew here.
With love,
Your old friend,
John

I played hoop with Bob at the Lawrence Y. Haven't seen him in about 15 years. One of the NICEST people put on the earth. So sorry to see his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.

Susan,
I am so so sorry to hear about Bob. I didn't know him personally, but being your next door desk mate, I could tell when you used your soft, steady, soothing, voice to talk to Bob when he wasn't feeling his best. That voice was pure love at it's finest. All the best to you, big hug, prayers and thoughts.

Bob was a great neighbor to us. I al ways lived his "I'll shoot a trespasser first and ask questions later" attitude.
We will miss him on the lawnmower and the snow blower.
Doesn't seem real we won't have those front yard chats. So you will have to continue those chats because that's Bob. Just a friendly guy. Alway thinking of others. A true Gentelman in life.
We are so sorry for your loss. Can't even think what you're going though.
Hey you ain't got far to catch us when you want.
God Bless Bob. God Bless you and your families.

Love.
Chris, Tanya, Andrew and wee Owen next door.

Bob,
You are the love of my life- you are my LIFE!!!
I can't imagine my life without you. It all is so unreal.
I hope that you know how much I love you (and I'm sure that you do) and that I did everything in my power to get you better. I fought so hard as did you but apparently God had other plans for us. I can't wait for the day to see you again, have your loving arms around me and kiss me.
Thank you for being such a loving, warm, caring, husband and best friend. We share a love that is unconditional and rare. Not many people are blessed to have the type of love that we have. I am ever grateful to have that devoted and unconditional love with you.
Please remember my asks of you...show me a sign that you are healthy once again, that you're with your Dad and happy, please come and kiss me each night and tell me that I'm your baby girl and lastly continue to show me signs that you're always with me.
My heart is broken and will never heal until we meet again my love. I love you with my heart and soul.
I love you Bobby Bourdelais ALWAYS and FOREVER!! xo xo xo
