Therese Victoria Angelone (Paquette), 90, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2020. Therese joins her beloved James Angelone in Heaven where they will celebrate her October 17th birthday.
She was born in Lowell, MA to Ronald and Mezele Paquette (Beland), and is predeceased by her brother, Normand Paquette. Therese worked for many years at AT&T in North Andover. She retired from Quality Control and enjoyed decades of splitting her time between Methuen, MA and Seminole, FL.
Therese was without a doubt the matriarch of the family and inspired everyone who met her. She was at every family event whether that was dance, gymnastics, theater, karate, soccer or so many other occasions. If you looked in the audience or sideline, she was beaming with pride and her blue eyes were sparkling. Therese was an amazing needle point master making astounding works of art now framed as prized possessions of her family members.
If there was a lesson to be learned or a required nudge to be put back on the right path, we all knew that Mom (Grandma, Great-grandma, Aunt…) would provide that needed advice. Therese was always there for her family, friends and anyone who needed her sage wisdom. She was the role model we all aspire to be for those we love.
Therese will be deeply missed by her adoring family; children, Victoria Rogers, James Angelone Jr., Ann Marie Vega and her husband, Ricardo, Marc Anthony Angelone and his wife, Sabrina; grandchildren Nicole Carbone, Therese McEachern, James Angelone III, Melissa Rogers, Antoinette Angelone, Ricardo Vega, Katherina Angelone, Sebastian Vega, Isabella Vega, Fiona Angelone and Portia Angelone; and her great-grandchildren, Joshua Houreas, Makayla Bare, Arianna Angelone, Holly Angelone, Judelise Carbone, Dallas McEachern, and James Angelone IV.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours between the hours of 4:00 – 7:00 PM on Friday, October 9, 2020, at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen. We will celebrate Therese Angelone’s life at a 10:00 AM funeral mass on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at St. Lucy Church, 254 Merrimack Street, Methuen. Burial will follow in St. Mary-Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
