Suzanne H. (Finnigan) Armano, 59, of Salem, NH, passed away on Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. She was the wife of Joe Armano with whom she shared thirty-four wonderful years in marriage.
Born on March 10, 1962, in Methuen, MA, Suzanne was the daughter of Ralph E. and Jean R. (Fortin) Finnigan. She was educated in Lawrence, MA, and graduated from Lawrence High School, class of 1980. She later received her degree in business from Newbury College. She met her sweetheart, Joe, in high school and they were married in 1987. They settled in Derry, NH and later moved to Salem, NH where they built their dream home together.
Suzanne enjoyed working at Converse for 13 years as a Pro & College Promotions Manager. Later Suzanne and Joe established a family business together, Armco Flooring, where she was Vice President and ran the office operations. Suzanne loved spending time with her family and enjoyed hosting all of the family’s gatherings in her home. She also loved spending time with friends, playing cards, and being out on the water. She enjoyed time on the boat at the lake house in Salem, and beach days with her Liberty Street community of friends in Salisbury, MA.
She will be dearly missed by her husband, Joe Armano; children, Giana Hebert and her husband Joshua of Boston, MA, and Joe Armano, of Methuen, MA; sisters, Nadine Vincent and her husband Mark of Kingston, NH, and Bonnie Finnigan of Salem, NH; grandson, Lincoln Hebert; brothers-in-law, Ronald Armano and wife Francine, and John Armano; her nieces and nephews, Katrina Finnigan-Wells, Gina Armano, Todd and Justin Daniels, Adriana and Jeromy Armano; and her beloved dog, Ella.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Suzanne’s memory to the M.S.P.C.A., Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours from 4:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 9, 2021, at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen. A service will be held at 7:00 PM following visitation in the funeral home chapel.
