Silvio P. Uliano, Jr., 63, of Methuen, MA, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 17, 2020, after a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Joanne (Gagne) Uliano with whom he shared forty-three wonderful years in marriage.
The son of Dora (Sarcione) Uliano and the late Silvio P. Uliano, Sr., Silvio was born and raised in Lawrence, he graduated from Central Catholic High School, after which he attended college in North Adams. After college, he worked for the City of Lawrence in the Communications Department as a dispatcher.
Very involved in his community, Silvio shared his passion for baseball with anyone he could. A former North Eastern Babe Ruth Commissioner, he dedicated many years to the Lawrence Little League, most recently serving as president. He enjoyed many trips with Joanne to Mohegan Sun, annual trips to Gettysburg National Military Park, frequent visits to the beach, and many outings where he enjoyed bowling. Most important to him was his family, he loved time spent with them, most of all his grandchildren as they meant the world to him.
In addition to his wife Joanne, Silvio is survived his mother, Dora Uliano; his children, Jamie Uliano and his wife Kristen of Derry, NH, Mandy Dauphin and her husband Paul of So. Lawrence, Steven Uliano and his wife Kylee of Londonderry, NH, Silvio Uliano, III and his wife Lisa of So. Lawrence, Joseph Uliano and his fiancé Kristine Rodriguez of Methuen; grandchildren, Anthony, Connor, Liam, Charlotte; sisters, Clarissa Taylor and her husband Darrell of Amesbury, MA, Dora Antonellis and her husband John of Londonderry, NH; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit between the hours of 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM on Friday, March 20, 2020, at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen. Funeral service and interment will be held in private. In lieu of flowers, consider donations in Silvio’s memory to the Lawrence Central Little League.
