Silvester P. Sciuto

Silvester “Sully” Sciuto, 80, of Salisbury, MA, peacefully passed away on July 4, 2021, at his beach cottage surrounded by his loving family. Born on June 29, 1941, he was the son to the late Alfio and Rose (Carnevale) Sciuto.

Sully was born and raised in Lawrence, growing up he loved to hang out with his friends on Essex Street. He met the love of his life, Pamela and they raised their children in Salem, NH. Sully was a dedicated employee, working as production control manager for seraval Defense Industry companies.

Sully and Pam loved to travel together, they enjoyed spending time at their home in Jamaica or Florida during the winter season, and their summers at their home on Salisbury beach. Some of his favorite things were real estate, investing in the stock market, watching his sports teams and relaxing on the front porch. Taking in the view of the ocean while chatting to people as they walked by. Sully was a kind, generous, wise man. He was the man who had everything and if you needed one of anything he had 10 to give. He loved to shop and find a bargain, eat good food and make sure everyone around him was well taken care of. Unless you tried to pay the bill…

Along with his parents, Sully was pre-deceased by his brother, Alfio “Freddy” Sciuto.

Sully will be deeply missed and is survived by his wife of fifty years, Pamela (Bennett) Sciuto; children, Amber Sciuto of Santa Barbara, CA, Craig Sciuto of Las Vegas, NV; step-son, Clair “Skip” Raymond and wife Maria Raymond of Epping, NH; grandchildren, Sia Valikonis, Lylas Valikonis, Salem Sciuto, Callan Sciuto, Clair Raymond Jr., Jazmine Raymond; nieces, Doreen, Michelle, and Kimberly, as well as several other nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.

He will never be forgotten as he will live forever in the hearts of those he touched throughout his life. All are welcome at the celebration of life that will be held in Salisbury on August 14th @ 12 PM please RSVP to sullyscelebration@gmail.com.
