S. Nellie (Cavallaro) Ronsivalli, 87, of Methuen passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the Cedar View Nursing Center in Methuen. She was born in Lawrence and was the daughter of the late Nunzio and Anna (Sapienza) Cavallaro.
Mrs. Ronsivalli was raised and educated in Lawrence and lived in Methuen most of her life. She retired from Western Electric where she worked for 40 years as a secretary, and also sold Avon products for 30 years. She was a member of the Rockingham Christian Church, Salem, NH and enjoyed dancing, traveling, photography, her home in Florida and ten pin bowling. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Mrs. Ronsivalli was predeceased by her husband, Nicholas Ronsivalli and her sister, Ida Contarino.
She is survived by her sons, Ronald Ronsivalli of Epping, NH and Robert Ronsivalli and his wife Elaine of Salem, NH; daughter, Grace Eagar of NH; grandchildren, Michelle, Kristine, Michael, Nicholas, Christopher and Rachel. She also leaves 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. By the request of the family, funeral services will be private on Saturday. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lawrence.
