RoseAnne Theresa Hoyt
December 17, 1934 ~ November 11, 2020 (age 85) 85 Years Old
RoseAnne T. (Campochiaro) Hoyt, age 85, passed away peacefully in the presence of her family on Wednesday, November 11, 2020. She was the wife of the late William J. Hoyt, with whom she shared many wonderful years of marriage.
The daughter of the late Joseph and Alice (Melvin) Campochiaro, RoseAnne was born, raised, and educated in Lawrence, graduating from Presentation of Mary Catholic High School in Methuen. She entered into the workforce shortly after and enjoyed a long career with the State of New Hampshire Division of Employment Security, working with the SEIU Local Union 1984 as a file processor.
RoseAnne married William and soon after settled in Salem, NH. Though she was busy with her career, she was always there for her family, making sure their needs were met. She loved to keep a beautiful home for her family and guests and will be remembered for her green thumb and for her varied collection of houseplants. She enjoyed watching the New England Patriots and especially Tom Brady, to which she remained a devout fan. She made sure to attend the Saturday Night Sock Hops at Salisbury Beach, loved walking the beach and collecting various pieces of beach glass, which she arranged and proudly displayed. She always managed to find time for her many adventures of antiquing and thrift shopping.
She is survived by her sons, William Hoyt and wife Nancy of Kingston, NH, and Joseph Hoyt of Salem, NH; sister, Nancy Pensak of Salisbury, MA; nephews, John Pensak, and Michael Pensak; and niece, Linda Pensak.
Services for RoseAnne will be celebrated in private at a later date at St. Anthony’s Shrine in Boston with the assistance of Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen. To leave a condolence for RoseAnne’s family, please visit www.cataudellafh.com.
