Roberta M. Giuffre

The world is now a darker place, as Roberta M. (Robinson) Giuffre, 77, of Haverhill, MA, passed away on Saturday, October 26, 2019.  Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Mary (Celia) Robinson.
 
Roberta was raised in Methuen and was a graduate of Tenney High School.  She owned and operated Bobbie’s School of Dancing in Lawrence and retired from the US Postal Service where she worked as a postal carrier for more than 20 years.  She loved to cook and spend time with her children and grandchildren.
 
She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Katelynn Giuffre.
 
Roberta is survived by her children, Raymond Giuffre, Jr., his wife Cindy and children Raelynn, Kristen and Raymond of Salem, NH, Lucy Faxon, her husband Randy and children Randy Jr. and Kari of Sandown, NH, Robin Mack, her husband James and children Samantha, James Jr., Lauren and Anthony of Derry, NH, Marylou Giuffre and her children Christopher and Evan of Salem, NH, and Roland Giuffre, his wife Michelle and children Paige and Kaden of Haverhill. She also leaves four great-grandchildren: Alexia, Krystal, Nayla, and Nova.
 
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, November 1, 2019, from 4:00-7:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen.  Funeral services will follow at 7:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.  Burial will take place at a later date in Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Lung Association via www.lung.org.
