Richard F. Ciccarelli, MD of Topsfield, MA, originally of Lawrence, passed away June 3, 2021 at the Masconomet Healthcare Center in Topsfield. Born in Lawrence, he was the son of the late Riziero and Vincenza (Casale) Ciccarelli.
Dr. Ciccarelli graduated from Lawrence High School class of 1948. He was also a graduate of Boston University and the University of Naples in Italy. For many years Dr. Ciccarelli practiced in Lawrence as a pediatrician.
Dr. Ciccarelli was predeceased by his beloved wife, Leda (Guarrera) Ciccarelli and daughter-in-law, Patricia Ciccarelli.
He is survived by his children, Mark Ciccarelli and his wife Suzanne of Topsfield, MA, Richard Ciccarelli and his wife Gabriela of Santa Rosa,California, and Denise Ciccarelli of Salem, MA. He also leaves his grandchildren, Olivia, Taylor, Sophia, Mark, Olaya, Brenna, Caroline, Lauren, and Natalie and his step-grandchildren, Amber, Carter, and Tucker.
At the request of the family all services will be private.
