Raymond J. D’Agostino, 72, a resident of Seabrook, NH, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 at High Pointe House in Haverhill after a four month battle with cancer. He was born in Lawrence July 1, 1946, son of the late John and Sandy (Cicoria) D’Agostino.
Educated in the Lawrence school system, Mr. D’Agostino graduated from Lawrence High School in 1964. He was employed as a production planner at Raytheon in Andover for thirty-eight years.
On September 24, 1972, he married the girl next door, Beverly (Faro) D’Agostino, and together they raised their daughter, Jennifer Ann D’Agostino, of Pompano Beach, FL, who was the joy and pride of his life.
A family oriented person, Mr. D’Agostino deeply cared for his family. He loved to read, enjoyed cooking and spoiled his wife by having dinner ready on the table for her each night. In past years, he also enjoyed taking his father-in-law to Rockingham Park every Saturday.
In addition to his loving wife of forty-six years and daughter Jenn, Mr. D’Agostino is survived by his brother, John D’ Agostino of Salem, NH; sisters-in-law, Constance Faro of Seabrook, NH, Rosemarie (Faro) Castro and her husband, Paul of Haverhill; and several nieces and nephews.
The family wishes to thank the nurses at Anna Jaques Hospital, the Home Health VNA, Merrimack Valley Hospice, and High Pointe House in Haverhill for their care and compassion for Mr. D’Agostino.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Sunday, November 4, 2018 from 1:00-4:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St. in Methuen. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the charity or organization of your choice.
