Raniero G DiCenso

Raniero G. DiCenso, 88, of Methuen MA, passed away suddenly on March 30, 2021 at Boston Medical Center. He was the son of the late Sabino and Algisa DiCenso, and was born in Sulmona, Italy on November 14, 1932. He is predeceased by his loving wife Rose Marie (Sarto) DiCenso, with whom he shared many wonderful years of marriage.

Raniero worked as an electrician while serving in the United States Air Force and later established DiCenso Electric Service of Methuen, MA, which he owned and operated for over fifty years. He was a dedicated family man and loved to spend time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed gardening and yardwork.

“Papa” as he was known to all who loved him will be deeply missed. He is survived by his children Gina Minton of Methuen, MA, Ronnie DiCenso, and his wife Ellie of Pelham, NH, and John DiCenso, and his wife Stephanie of Methuen, MA. He is also survived by his sister, Elvira Susi of Italy, and his grandchildren Sarah Forbes, Matthew Minton, Derek DiCenso and Alexa DiCenso, and his great-grandchildren, Aaron, Zoe, and Victoria, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 1st, 2021 at Elmwood Cemetery, 130 N. Lowell Street, Methuen, MA
