Patricia P. Spearing

Patricia P. (Peabody) Spearing, 81, of Methuen, MA, passed away peacefully, on Sunday, April 7, 2024, at
Nevins Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Methuen. She was the wife of the late Ronald Spearing, with whom she shared 30 years in marriage.

Born and raised in Malden, MA, the daughter of the late Lester and Nellie Gladys (Spencer) Peabody, Patricia was a graduate of Malden High School and later received an associate degree from North Shore CC. She worked as a credit specialist for many years at Converse, Inc.

She settled in Millis, MA, in 1985, where she lived happily with Ronald.

With her outgoing personality and appreciation for social life, Patricia loved to surround herself with family and friends. In her free time, she loved to read. Strong in her faith, Patricia remained an active church goer and was a member to the Church of Christ, Congregational Church in Millis.

Patricia is survived by her two sons, Michael D. Byers of Merrimack, NH, and Matthew A. Byers and his wife Claire Byers, of Marblehead, MA; five grandchildren, Stephen, Jamie, Olivia, Sommer, and India.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, April 12, 2024, between 2:00-4:00 PM, at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen.
