Patricia A. (Zahn) Izzi, 75, of Methuen passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Greystone Farm in Salem, NH. Born in Methuen, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Anna (O’Sullivan) Zahn.
Patricia was raised in Methuen and Salem, NH. She was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School and Northeastern University. She worked as a radiological technician for Sanford T. Freedman, MD and then for over 30 years at Salem Radiology in Salem, NH. She will be most remembered for the care and love she showed to her patients, her friends and her family.
Patricia loved to travel, knit, crochet, and spend time in her garden and with her family and close friends.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harry R. Izzi, Jr., and her sister, Sheila Scozzafava Zahn.
Patricia is survived by her children, Christine DelSelva and her companion, Michael Murray of Methuen, Ellen Marchand and her husband, Thomas of Methuen, and Kathleen Izzi and her partner, Celine Izzi-Berthiaume of Methuen; sister, Kathleen Zahn-Bartholomew of TN; brothers, Richard Zahn and his wife, Anne of Raymond, NH, and Bernard J. Zahn, Jr. of Salem, NH; grandchildren, Nicholas, Joshua, Jacob, Alexander, and Sofia. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and beloved friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen. Her funeral mass will be celebrated at 9:30 AM on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at St. Monica Church, 212 Lawrence Street in Methuen. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen.
