Nicole (Jaillent) Rodriguez, 75, of Methuen, MA, passed away peacefully after a long period of declining health on Saturday, August 29, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Paul and Antoinette (Dumas) Jaillent.
Born, raised, and educated in Paris, France, Nicole, along with her family, immigrated to the United States and settled in Lawrence, MA in 1966. As her children grew older, she went to work and enjoyed some twenty- one years working at Lucent Technologies until the company was acquired and she decided to retire.
Most content to provide for her family, Nicole was always there to tend to their needs and enjoy family meals together. Her favorite were those prepared during the holidays. She took great pride in keeping a beautiful and comfortable home for her family. She enjoyed outings with her family and friends, especially those which included dining. She felt blessed to be given the opportunity to return to Paris numerous time to visit with family and equally appreciated her travels to Santo Domingo.
Nicole is survived by her children, Rosario Nicotra and his spouse Tammy of Methuen, Celina Bran and her spouse Abdon of Lawrence, Maria Nicotra of Andover, Rachel of Andover, William Santo and his spouse Juan Ayala of Springfield; and her cherished grandchildren, Alec, Celina, and Charlotte.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with Nicole’s family between the hours of 4:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen. Services and committal will be held in private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Nicole’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
