Michele L. DiBiasio

Michele L. (Deloge) DiBiasio, age 50, of Haverhill, MA, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 11, 2021, at Beth Israel Deaconess Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Born on July 9, 1970, in Port Jefferson, NY, she was the daughter of Catherine Deloge, of Haverhill, and the late Robert C. Behan.

A graduate of Methuen Public Schools Michele also graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Business Management. She later became an office manager for Royal Management Company.

Michele was a deeply devoted mother and consummate hockey mom to her two sons, Anthony Vincent and Robert James. She took enormous pride in them, cheering at every game and spoiling them in every way imaginable. An avid crafter, Michele spent hours decorating her home for holidays and numerous social gatherings. She loved entertaining friends old and new at summer barbecues, pig roasts, 45s night, and pasta dinners for her sons’ countless friends and teammates. She made every occasion and gathering feel like a special event or as she would put it, “a big production.” Family truly was everything to her. Her brother’s dog would get more treats in one visit with her than he did in a month at home. His tail still wags at the mere mention of her name.

There was an informal grace about Michele, making people immediately feel as if they were close friends and confidantes. She had an unmistakable presence and a style all her own with hair and handwriting as big as her heart and gracious as her character. To say she will be missed is wildly insufficient - for her family, the Earth just lost its spin.

Michele is survived by her devoted husband, Vincent DiBiasio; her two sons, Anthony Vincent and Robert “Rupe” James; her brother, Jon Deloge; her beloved sister-in-law, Diana DiBiasio Calo; brother-in-law, Richard DiBiasio and his wife Cheryl; as well as many nieces and nephews whom she loved like her own children.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, from 4:00-8:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen, MA. The funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 18, 2021 at St. Theresa Church of Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish, 22 Plymouth Street, Methuen. Interment will follow at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
