Michael H. Bruno

Michael H. Bruno, 58, of Methuen and Andover passed away peacefully January 12, 2022, at Holy Family Hospital with his family and friends by his side. He was born in Lawrence, and was raised in Methuen. Michael attended Methuen Grammar Schools and was a graduate of Central Catholic High School, and like his father before him, he also graduated from Merrimack College.

He was lucky enough to also have a family of friends that reached far and wide. They were a lifelong band of brothers and sisters that had the pleasure of his company, his free spirit and kind heart.   
He was predeceased by his loving parents, Henry G. and Elizabeth M. (DeAngelis) Bruno; his grandparents, Gaetano and Theresa (Simone) Bruno and Achille and Concetta (Napolitano) DeAngelis. Michael was also predeceased by a cousin, aunts and uncles of which he shared a special bond.

Michael is survived by his first cousins, Jo-Ann Ouellette and her husband Ron, Kathy DeGruttola and her husband Brian, Connie Ouellette and her husband John, Gina Lister and her husband Scott, and Angela Roeger and her husband Tim. Michael is also survived by many wonderful cousins and close friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his memory to a charity of one’s choice.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, January 20, 2022, from 8:30–10:30 AM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen. His funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 AM at St. Lucy Church, 254 Merrimack Street in Methuen. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
