Marilyn R. Cianciolo

Marilyn R. Cianciolo, 83, passed away on February 2, 2020, at Lawrence General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Lawrence on March 29, 1936, the daughter of the late Albert and Cecelia Cappuchi.

A graduate of Lawrence High School, Marilyn worked for United Business Service and later, Lucent Technologies, formerly Western Electric, for many years before she retired.
Marilyn was a lifelong resident of Lawrence, and she was completely devoted to her family. She was an avid reader and enjoyed solving crossword puzzles. She especially loved having the holidays and family gatherings at her home.

Predeceased by her husband, Joseph A. Cianciolo, Marilyn is survived, and will be missed, by her four children: Anthony of Lawrence, John and his wife, Kelly of Windham, NH, Lisa Comeau and her husband, Michael of North Reading, and Maria Dakos and her husband, Dino of Bedford, NH; her beloved grandchildren of whom she was very proud: Jillian, Lauren, Ella, and Derek.

Per Marilyn’s request, there will not be any calling hours, and her services and burial will be private. Arrangements have been made by Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen.
