Maha Karam

Maha Karam, 74, of Lawrence passed away Friday, January 24, 2020 at Holy Family Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born in Lebanon, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Odette (Khoury) Karam.

Raised and educated in Lebanon, Maha was a teacher in Lebanon, as well as, for the City of Lawrence public schools. She was a member of St. Anthony Maronite Church in Lawrence.

Maha is survived by her siblings, Kamal Karam and his wife Houda of Lebanon, Issam Karam of Lawrence, and Salah Karam and his wife Patricia of North Carolina. She also leaves her nieces and nephews, Claudia, Edward, Isabelle, Krista, and Karon.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visiting period from 10:00-11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at St. Anthony Maronite Church, 145 Amesbury Street in Methuen. Her funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM in the church. Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery, Methuen.
