I am heartbroken to lose such an amazing friend, colleague and teacher. I have worked with Lynn at North Salem for 18 years. Lynn was someone you could share your soul with. She was inspiration, always seeing the brighter side of every situation and always saw the positive attributes in everyone. Lynn's smile, presence & dancing lit up the room. She was someone you just HAD to be around. Lynn made you be a better person.
Lynn was one of the greatest teachers I have ever worked with. Her passion, devotion and love for children was obvious to EVERYONE! Her creativity made learning so much fun. I would be walking by her room and then find myself IN her room participating in the activity. She really knew how to draw people in.
Lynn's outlook on life changed my life forever. I have never met a person so strong, positive and courageous. She taught me to take things, "One day at a time". and to "Live and Laugh Often". I was so fortunate to have known Lynn. I will miss her and think of her beautiful blue toes in the sand every time I walk the beach. I send my deepest condolences to David, Josh, Diggy and her entire family.

Our heart breaks for you in the loss of Lynn. My son Hunter was a student of Mrs. Iseler's at North Salem, she was his favorite teacher. He remembers her saying "I will never raise my voice" and she never did. I hope you can find comfort in the lasting inspiration and impact she had on so many students and parents as well. Lynn was a joy and blessing to all who knew her, she will be remembered with fondness and love.

My sincerest condolences to Lynn's family at this most difficult time. I had the privilege and honor of working with Lynn in the Salem School District for many years. An inspirational, caring, and truly dedicated educator are only a few descriptors that described this amazing teacher, woman, colleague, and friend. I always looked forward to visiting her classroom and witnessing her energy, smile, and obvious love for her students. She made a difference in SO many of her students lives. I will truly treasure the wisdom and support that she provided me as a colleague. I will always think of Lynn as I feel the sand in between my toes on the many beaches I walk. She will be missed.

We fondly remember Mrs. Iseler as an AMAZING teacher full of heart and grace. Always devoted to her North Salem kids and a smiling face that we looked forward to seeing at the start of every school year! My daughter Samira was fortunate to have her as her second grade teacher and we will miss her very much. She was truly loved by us all!💙
