Lucy A. Gallant

Lucy A. (Mazzucco) Gallant, 84, of Haverhill, formerly of Lawrence, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Penacook Place with her loving family by her side. Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Antoinette (Perocchi) Mazzucco.

Lucy was a graduate of Lawrence High School. She worked for Lawrence Maid and was also a switchboard operator at Malden Mills. She enjoyed skiing and spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Gallant and sister, Bonnie Martin.

Lucy is survived by her children, Daniel Gallant and his wife, Maura of Derry, NH, Ronald Gallant and his wife, Kim of Salem, NH, and Donna Gallant of Methuen; and her sister, Joanne Stauter of Methuen. She also leaves seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, July 14, 2018 from 9:00-10:15 am at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. Her funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Good Counsel – St. Theresa Church, 22 Plymouth Street in Methuen. Burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
