Linda M. Minichiello

Linda M. (Mundry) Minichiello, 65, of Methuen passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Massachusetts General Hospital after a valiant battle with gall bladder cancer.  She was born in Lawrence and was the daughter of the late Edward and Catherine (Walsh) Mundry.

Linda was a graduate of Methuen High School and Lawrence General Hospital School of Nursing.  She worked for many years as a surgical nurse at Lawrence General Hospital and later worked as a disability case worker for Premise Health Company.  Linda enjoyed travelling, especially her regular trips to Walt Disney World.  She loved animals, especially her dog, Reggie.

Linda was predeceased by her husband, James Minichiello.

She is survived by her son, James Minichiello of Methuen; sisters, Judy Finan of Tyngsboro, and Joanne McCormick and her husband, Edward of Methuen.  She also leaves many nieces and nephews, including her Godson, Francis McCormick and his children, Mackenzie and Isabella.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, November 24, 2017 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel.  Entombment will follow at Immaculate Conception Mausoleum, Lawrence. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, www.stjude.org or MSPCA, www.mspca.org.
