Linda M. Ferraro

Linda M. (Milius) Ferraro, 73, of Methuen, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at Holy Family Hospital, surrounded by many of her loving family. She was the daughter of the late Albert S. Milius and Elsie O. (Duemmling) Ford.

Born and raised in Lawrence, Linda attended St. Lawrence O’Toole Grammar School and after her family relocated, graduated from Methuen High School. She later received her certificate from Fazio’s Cosmetology School. She loved hair styling and worked in several hair salons locally.

With a passion for music, Linda had a beautiful voice, something she perfected over the years by taking singing lessons. She always enjoyed time spent with her sister, Kathy, especially when they would attend concerts.

With a heart of gold, Linda most preferred to be in the company of family. She always enjoyed cooking and made sure to share these prepared meals, which included brownies and cupcakes with family and friends. She loved holidays, especially Easter and Thanksgiving, eagerly looking forward to her favorite dishes and never forgot to take a plate to go.

After a full day with family and loved ones, she looked forward to returning home to her favorite companions, her beloved cats, Jasper and Baby. When shopping with Linda, the top item on her list was always cat food for her babies.

Linda was predeceased by her sister, Diane Farelli.

She is survived by her loving son, Michael R. Ferraro, of New Hampshire; her cherished grandchildren, Matthew, Meiah, and Bella; father, John E. Ford, of Seabrook, NH; sisters, Donna A. True and her husband Richard of Methuen, Kathy Ford of Seabrook, NH; brother-in-law, Michael Farelli of Methuen and many nieces and nephews.

Services for Linda will be held in private with the assistance of Cataudella Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made in Linda’s memory to M.S.P.C.A., Nevins Farm, 400 Broadway, Methuen, MA 01844.
