Leila Najib Khoury (born Leila Chafiq Haddad) passed away peacefully on May 5, 2021, at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. She was born in Maghdouche (South Lebanon) in 1934, where she raised a family of five as she worked side by side with her husband during hard economic conditions.

She settled afterwards in Methuen and never stopped supporting her family.
She will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, proud grandmother, caring great-grandmother, and a capable hard working woman.
She is survived by her husband, Najib (92) and her children, Elias and his wife Louma, Hayat and her husband Maroun Hayek, May and her husband Georges Costantine, Majeda and her husband Adel Hayek and Daisy and her husband George Saab. She was proud of her fifteen grandchildren, Veronique, Eve, Berna, Carolyn, Mariana, Mary, Elina, Elizabeth, Adam, Matthew, Jean, Carroll, Sharbel, Elias, and John.
