Kathleen M. Cullinan

Kathleen M. (Fitzsimons) Cullinan, 69, of North Andover, MA, passed away June 7, 2021, at Lawrence General Hospital. She was born in Dorchester, MA, and was the daughter of the late William and Kathleen (Murphy) Fitzsimons.
 
Raised in Milton, MA, Kathy was a graduate of Ursuline Academy and St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing, where she then worked as a Registered Nurse.
 
Kathy was an adored wife, a devoted mother, and beloved nana. She raised her family in Andover before moving to North Andover. She and her family spent many summers on their boat, spending time in Falmouth, Martha’s Vineyard, and Kennebunkport. Her favorite thing to do was to spend time with her grandchildren.
 
Along with her parents, Kathy was predeceased by her sister, Joan Fitzsimons.
 
She is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Joe; her children, Christopher Cullinan and his wife Joanna of Milton, Rory Dugan and her husband Timothy of Andover, and Emily Kulowiec and her husband Greg of Newburyport; sisters, Mary Bono and her husband Anthony of Falmouth, Ann Sullivan and her husband Kevin of Denton,TX, Maureen Dunn and her husband Brian of Plymouth, and Elizabeth Fitzsimons of Weymouth. She also leaves her grandchildren, Julia, Maeve, Charlotte, Will, Loch, Aoife, Harper, and Avery as well as many nieces and nephews.
 
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, June 12, 2021, from 4:00-7:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St. in Methuen. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Intensive Care Unit at Lawrence General Hospital.
