Katherine A. Gagnon

Katherine A. Gagnon, 58, of Methuen died Saturday at her residence. Katherine was born in Lawrence on September 2, 1960 to the late Edward and Jeanette (Fredette) Retelle.

A graduate of St. Mary’s High School, Katherine was employed at Verizon as a manager for many years prior to her retirement.

The widow of James F. Gagnon, Katherine is survived by her two daughters, Katelyn Bizeur and her husband, James of Haverhill and Jennifer Gagnon and her fiancé, Jonathan Hernandez of Methuen. Also among her survivors are her sisters, Geraldine Ludwig of Virginia and Mary Lou Retelle of Worcester, MA; and her granddaughter, Callie Hernandez. Katherine is also survived by her mother-in-law, Mary Jean Gagnon of Haverhill; her sister-in-law, Mary Beth Traynor and her husband, Michael of Pelham, NH; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was predeceased by her brother, Kenneth Retelle.

Family and friends may call on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 4-8 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen. A funeral mass will be offered on Wednesday, September 26th at 9:00 AM at St. Patrick Church, 118 South Broadway in Lawrence.
