Julien J. Dupont

Julien J. Dupont, 65, of Salem, NH, passed away Friday, January 31, 2020, at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.  Born in St. Rose, Canada, he was the son of the late Georges and Evelyn (Morin) Dupont.

 Julien was raised in Canada and Lawrence and attended St. Ann’s School in Lawrence.  He was a roofing contractor and owned and operated J & S Construction and Roof Rescue both in Salem, NH.

He enjoyed camping with his family, spending time at his home in Florida, and riding in the wind on his motorcycle. His big smile and contagious laugh will live on through everyone who knew him.

Julien was predeceased by his siblings, Jacque and Ovila Dupont.

He is survived by his longtime companion of twenty-six years, Denise Craw of Salem, NH; his children, Julien Dupont of Hampstead, NH, Kevin Dupont of Salem, NH, Joshua Dupont of Hampstead, NH, Jason DeMello of Salem, NH, and Kimberly Craw of Methuen; sisters, Jacquelyn Dupont and Georgette Dupont and her husband Real Belanger all of Canada; grandchildren, Matthew, Morgan, Keira, Kevin, Kayla, Melanie, and Michael Dupont.  He also leaves nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 6, 2020 at 10:30 AM in the funeral home chapel.  Private burial will be at Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
