Judith M. Littles

Judith M. (Fugge) Littles, 64, of Methuen, MA, passed away April 14, 2021, with family by her side at Lawrence General Hospital after a long courageous battle with lung cancer. She would have been 65 in May.

Born in Lawrence, Judy was the daughter of the late Armand P. and Margaret J. (Shaw) Fugge. She was educated in local Methuen schools, and was a 1974 graduate of Tenney High School. She worked at the former Pudgy’s Sub Shop and Howard’s Piccalilli Factory, both in Methuen and then as the manager at Cumming’s Women’s Store in the former Methuen Mall. Judy later attended Minuteman Tech where she received her dental assistant certificate, and worked in the dental field for over twenty-five years until her retirement.

Judy was a member of the former Berkley Club of Lawrence where she and her sisters enjoyed many fun filled times socializing with friends, playing darts, German bowling, cookouts and dances. She was a great cook and loved feeding family and friends, and hosting Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve family get togethers, as well as traveling to Aruba, Texas and Foxwoods.

The light and sunshine of her family and friends, Judy was a happy, outgoing, fun loving person, full of personality and smiles. She touched so many lives in a positive way and brought much joy to all of us. Our lives were so much more blessed and enriched with Judy in it. She will forever be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Judy was the youngest of a big, loving family. She is survived by three sisters, Carol A. Bascio of Salem, NH, Janice R. and Joan E. Fugge both of Methuen; her longtime sweetheart of 25 years, Charles W. Williams of Methuen; sister-in-law, Annemarie Fugge of Methuen; aunt, Yolanda Bovard of San Antonio, TX; as well as many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, sister, Justine G. Gagnon and brother, James V. Fugge.

The family would like to acknowledge the kindness of the Lawrence General nursing staff in the I.C.U. of the Russell Building, floors 5 and 4, for the care, comfort, and support of Judy in her time of need.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Tuesday, April 20, 2021, from 2:00-4:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen. Funeral services will be held at the conclusion of visiting hours at 4:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
