Jason Colón Amaro

Jason Colón Amaro, age 35, of Millbury, MA, and formerly of Methuen, MA, passed away unexpectedly, on Saturday, December 3, 2022, in Worcester, MA. He was the son of Emma Amaro and Jose Anibal Colón.

Born in Puerto Rico, Jason was raised in Methuen and attended Methuen public schools. He worked in Solar Energy Sales.

In his free time, Jason enjoyed making Tik Tok videos, working on cars, training his dogs, eating Chinese food, spending time with family and friends. He will be remembered for the great stories he shared and his ability to make people laugh. He was committed to protecting his family and friends.

In addition to his parents, Emma and Jose, Jason is survived by his children, Jayla Colon and Julianna Colon; siblings, Jose Colon, Xabriel Colon and wife Taryn, and Jeffrey Colon and his fiancé, Melanie Scott; step-children, Gizelle, Amaya, and Elijah; fiancé, Terese Laurence; half siblings, Yomari, Victor, and Mayori; nephews and nieces, Reya, Samantha, Brianna, Jace, Devon, Daelyn, Xabriel, Jr., and Juliet; many close cousins; and his pets, Zola, Bogie, and Baxter.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visitation on Thursday, December 15, 2022, between 4:00-8:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday, December 16, 2022, at 11:00 AM at St. Patrick Church, 118 South Broadway, Lawrence. Burial will be in St. Mary – Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence.
