Ida Edith DiGrazia

Ida “Edie” (Privitera) DiGrazia, 90, of Haverhill, MA, formerly of North Andover, MA, and Florida, passed away September 17, 2023, at Wingate in Haverhill. Born in Lawrence, MA, she was the daughter of the late Rosario and Ida (Puglise) Privitera.

Raised and educated in Lawrence, Edie was a graduate of Lawrence High School. She was employed as an accounting technician at the Internal Revenue Service in Andover, MA and also worked as a hairdresser at Michael’s in Lawrence.

Edie loved to sew, crochet, dance, bowl, and play Bocce. She and her late husband also enjoyed traveling.

Predeceased by her husband, Alfred DiGrazia, Sr., Edie is survived by her children, Alfred DiGrazia, Jr. and his wife Donna of Methuen, MA and Linda Joaquin and her husband Steven of Salisbury, MA. She also leaves five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
