Glen M. Marsella, 67, of Derry, NH passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at the Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH. He was born in Boston and was the son of Frank and Catherine (Vaillancourt) Marsella.
Glen was raised and educated in Lawrence and Methuen, and graduated from Sylvania Technical Institute. He worked as a supervisor at Lucent Technologies and retired after thirty-five years of service. In 1987, Glen received a kidney transplant, which provided him with an additional thirty years of life to raise his family, enjoy his friends, and pursue his love of playing golf and riding his motorcycle.
Glen is survived by his son, Trevor Marsella of Auburn, NH; Trevor's mother, Jennifer Caron of Hooksett, NH; his sister, Patricia Skorupka of Methuen; his niece, Lisa Duff and her husband Daniel of Hingham; his brothers, Gary Marsella of Methuen and Robert Marsella and his wife, Shirley, of Pelham, NH; and his nephew, Jason Marsella.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Friday, May 26, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the funeral home.
