Giuseppina (Galvagno) Cunsolo, 89, of Methuen, passed away on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at home with her family by her side.
She was born on July 20, 1928, in Biancavilla, Sicily where she was raised and educated. She was the daughter of the late Francesco and Maria (Petralia) Galvagno.
Her life was dedicated to her family and she was devoted to her faith.
She was predeceased by her husband of sixty years, Vito Cunsolo; son-in-law Giuseppe Sangiorgio; sisters, Tina and her husband Sebastiano Consoli, Carmelina and her husband Vincenzo Minisale; brothers, Vincenzo and wife Rosetta Galvagno, and Louis and his wife Josephine Amore.
She is survived by her children all of Methuen, Rosetta Sangiorgio, Maria Greco and her husband Alfio, Tina Delmonte, Francene Mailloux and her husband Andrew and Alfred Cunsolo and his wife Eileen; sister, Connie Curro; grandchildren, Michael Sangiorgio and his fiancé April Provencher, David Sangiorgio and his wife Jessica, Paul and Michael Greco, Salvatore, Christopher, Mark and Robert Delmonte, Gina Cunsolo and her boyfriend Jamie Banks, Nicole Mailloux, Jonathan Mailloux and his wife Teresa; great-grandchildren, Rihanna Delmonte and Greyson Sangiorgio. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and godchildren.
Giuseppina’s family would like to thank Merrimack Valley Hospice caregivers, especially Jessica and Amy for all the care and support that they gave.

Her funeral mass will be held at 9:00 am on Monday, April 9, 2018 at St. Lucy Church, 254 Merrimack St., Methuen. Entombment will be in St. Mary – Immaculate Conception Mausoleum, Lawrence.
