Tribute

Frank P. Tridenti, age 82, passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen with his wife and family by his side.

Born in Lawrence, Frank was the son of the late Francesco and Anna (Rosemarino) Tridenti. Frank was raised and educated in Lawrence. He was an industrial caterer at Messina Catering and worked as a baker at Pappy’s Bakery. He later worked as a driver at the Lawrence Eagle Tribune. He was a member and former trustee of the Sons of Italy Lodge 902 in Methuen.

Frank loved flowers and he kept his yard impeccable. He enjoyed taking trips to Foxwoods Casino with his wife. He was an excellent cook and you could always find something delicious to eat, especially his homemade soup and his famous haddock dinners. His grandchildren especially enjoyed Papa's fried dough with cinnamon and sugar. His family, grandchildren and great-granddaughter Aubrey meant everything to him.

His favorite time of year was Christmas and his yard was always beautifully decorated with animated characters and a vast display of Christmas lights. Frank was an avid sports fan, cheering on the New England Patriots, the Boston Red Sox, and the Boston Celtics.

Frank was extremely personable and always had time to stop and chat with new and old friends and he will be sorely missed by all.

He was predeceased by his siblings, Delia DeLuca, Patrick and Robert Tridenti.

Frank is survived by his loving wife of sixty-two years, Irene (Lomazzo) Tridenti; his children, Sharon Field and her husband, David of East Hampstead, NH, Frank Tridenti and his wife, Norma of Derry, NH, and Dean Tridenti and his fiancé, Christina Harkness of Tewksbury; his brothers, John Tridenti of Lawrence, Paul Tridenti and his wife, Maureen of Methuen, and Anthony Tridenti and his wife, Joyce of Methuen; his sisters, Josephine Comeau of Haverhill, Nancy Kady and her husband, William of Salem, NH, and Anna Vallante and her husband, John of Salem, NH; his grandchildren, Lisa Murphy and her husband, Luke, Kristen Gaines and her husband, Andre, Meredith, Michael, and Sara Tridenti; his darling great-granddaughter, Aubrey, and his puppy, Zoey.
