Francis Robinson

Francis “Ken” Robinson, 87, of Lawrence passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at Nevins Nursing and Rehabilitation Home. Born in Lawrence, he was the son of the late Elliott and Anna (Drapeau) Robinson.

Ken was raised in Lawrence and was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. He worked as an employment interviewer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and also free lanced as a recording engineer.

Ken was also a Korean War veteran and served with the US Air Force from 1950 – 1954 and then later enlisted in the US Army and was a Vietnam War veteran, serving from 1956-1960.

He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Hilda (Falter) Robinson.

Ken is survived by his children, Gerald Robinson and his wife Nancy of Methuen, Own Robinson of VT, Carol Mailloux and her husband David of Dracut, and Johanna Gurka and her husband James of MD and brother, Gilbert Robinson. He also leaves six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
