Dave, David, Jaime & Family: My husband Rick and I have had the pleasure to meet and socialize with Frannie and your family on a few occasions. We live across the street from her good Friend Anita Rozzi. We are so very sorry for your loss. She certainly was a funny lady and VERY likable. And we know that She will be missed. We have heard so many funny stories about Frannie from Anita that we felt as if we knew her well. Find comfort in all of your HAPPY MEMORIES of her. She will never leave you. She is always right there in your hearts. Our thoughts and Prayer are there for Frannie and for all of you as well. Again, we are so sorry. Liz & Rick Sheehy

Cousin grow, get married, raise their families and go their separate ways. Haven't seen Francine for quite a while but the last time I saw her she still had her smile and giggle that lit up a room. A face you can never forget. My heart and prayers go out to the family and know that she is no longer in pain.

Please accept my sincerest condolences. Dave has been a close friend of my son, Mike, for a long time and we have all come to know and love Dave. While I didn't know his mom, I know that she had to be a very special woman to raise a son who is as caring, generous, and loving as Pickles is.

The World is not as bright without Fran's smile. It was an honor knowing her for twenty years and working with her at Costa-Eagle Broadcasting. She was always positive, happy and a joy to be near. The last time we met was a music concert at Salisbury Beach and once again her smile filled up the room.

On behalf of my Wife and Children we extend our deepest sympathies to her family and loved ones.

Dave, Jaime, David, Pat, Sally & Charlotte,

We are the fortunate ones that shared in her life and carried her to the beginning of her passing. My friend, Fran, life will not be the same without you. The hilarious way you looked at things and expressed yourself was always one of my favorite things about you. Your faith was unsurpassed and pure. It has been my privilege to walk with you through this most difficult time in your young life. Your family always a joy and devoted to you.

Frannie, I have no doubt that Jesus held you in His Arms and carried you to Heaven. I will always love you and will keep you in my prayers, asI have done.

Until we meet again someday....

Sunshine.
When I think of Fran, I think of sunshine. Always smiling, always had a wonderful way about her that was contagious, if you ddin't feel better after chatting with Fran, it was a you problem. I smiled when reading that shoe loved playing the lottery, I mean she really enjoyed the thrill and challenge and she was always generous with advice on how to win and where to play.

Her death is on the same date as my sisters, in 1997 I lost my sister, who was also very similar to Fran, sunshine and a bright light in our world. Just like Fran.

I will miss her and the great personality and the love she brought us all.

My thoughts remain with Pickles/Costa family,

David Martinez

David & Family
I just heard that Francine lost her very brave battle against this dreadful disease. Although I haven’t seen her for sometime I can still see her bright smile and hear that giggle in her voice from happier childhood days May you find comfort in a lifetime of memories and the knowledge that her suffering has ended. She is reunited with her loving parents and will live on in your hearts. May she rest in peace🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Dave,Jaime-Lyn,Dave,Pat&Sally,

It is so difficult for me to express in words what Fran meant to me. She was more than a friend or sister she was the other half of me and my life is forever changed without her being readily accessible to me. I am honored that I was able to spend her last days/ minutes with her and you all made me feel so much a part of your beautiful family. I promised her I would take care of you all so expect to be hounded by me I could never fill her shoes she was one of a kind and in a beautiful way but I will always be here for you all and I pray that God will fill you with His peace and comfort you in the years ahead. You gave my friend such a beautiful life one that I know she was so proud of. I love you all❤️❤️❤️. Love, Charlotte
