Dorothy A. Miller

Dorothy A. (Sacco) Miller, of Methuen, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2019 at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen. She was born June 29, 1935 to the late Dominic and Mildred Sacco.

She was raised and educated in the Lawrence public school systems and was a graduate of Lawrence High School. Dorothy worked part-time at Wirtshaus Restaurant in Methuen. She became a homemaker tending to her family’s needs first and foremost. She was dedicated to her family and her loved ones. Dorothy also enjoyed watching the Red Sox, knitting, and mostly spending as much time possible with her loved ones, especially with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Harold H. Miller; and her only brother, John Sacco.

Dorothy leaves behind her three children, Terry Kozdra and her husband, Gary of Derry, NH, Karen Gauthier of Hampstead, NH, and Harry "Skip" Miller of Methuen; her loving grandchildren, Trisha Patrick and her husband, Paul, Gary and Timothy Kozdra; and one great-grandchild, Rylee Patrick. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
