Dennis B. Miele

Dennis B. Miele, 78, of Methuen passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, June 28, 2019, with his loving family by his side. Born and raised in Lawrence, he was the son of the late Louis and Angelina (Bonanno) Miele.
 
A graduate of Lawrence High School and Wentworth Institute with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Dennis also served in the Army National Guard.
 
Dennis retired from AmTote International, Inc. as a regional manager where he worked for over forty years. He was a parishioner of St. Lucy Church and a member of the Sons of Italy Lodge 902. His greatest passions were tending to his vegetable garden every summer and spending time with his children and grandchildren.
 
Dennis was predeceased by his beloved wife, Geraldine (Gagnon) Miele. He is survived by his children, Sherry Marsden of Lakeland, FL, Sharon Nimmo and her husband Jeffrey of Methuen, Benjamin Miele and his wife Bonnie of Tampa, FL, and Shellene Florio and her husband Salvatore of Methuen.  He also leaves his cherished grandchildren, Vanessa Marsden, Courtney Nimmo, Salvatore Florio, Jr., Anthony Florio, and Briana Miele; as well as brother and sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
 
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen. His funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at St. Lucy Church, 254 Merrimack Street in Methuen. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Methuen.
