Aram Megrian, 68, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 21, 2022, at High Point Hospice House in Haverhill, MA, surrounded by his loving family. He was the son of Claire (Chengerian) and Harry Megrian.
Born in Lawrence, MA, Aram was raised and educated in Methuen,MA, and graduated from Methuen High School. Soon after, he went to work in the trucking industry and was an independent truck driver for most of his career.
In his free time, Aram enjoyed watching Boston Sports, however he was most dedicated to the Red Sox and enjoyed going to Fenway Park. He enjoyed collecting t-shirts and he loved playing the Armenian Dumbeg. In his younger years, he lived at Seabrook beach and loved surfing.
In addition to his father, Harry, Aram was predeceased by his grandfather, Matthew Chengerian; grandmother, Marie Chengerian; uncle, Albert St. Onge; aunt, Elaine St.Onge; uncle, Robert Christian; and cousin, Cheryl Christian Silvis.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-six years, Denise (Mottram) Megrian; children, Brandon Megrian and Rebecca Megrian; granddaughters, his pride and joy Rylie Fowler, and Veronica Fowler; Michelle (St. Onge) Baddour, Mark Christian and his wife Gayle, his loyal companion, Gracie; his aunt, Jean Christian; many nieces, nephews, cousins; as well as three sisters-in-law, and two brothers-in-law and their spouses.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Monday, November 28, 2022, between 9:00-11:00 AM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen. A funeral service will be celebrated in the funeral home chapel at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Bellevue cemetery in Lawrence.
