Charles K. Goff

Charles K. Goff, 78, a lifelong resident of the Ballardvale section of Andover, passed away April 11, 2018 at the Kaplan Hospice House in Danvers following a long illness. He was born February 2, 1940 on his family’s farm in Ballardvale.

Charles served in the US Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1963. He worked in the newspaper printing business and was employed by a variety of newspapers including the Boston Globe, and retired from the Boston Herald Newspaper.

Charles enjoyed riding motorcycles, hunting, archery, campfires, bluegrass festivals, and traveling with his wife.

He was predeceased by his wife of forty-one years, Janice (Stafford) Goff.

Charles is survived by his children, Kenneth Goff, Elaine (Goff) Robinson and her husband, Charles; and two grandsons, Gregory and Brian Robinson, all of Andover.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours Sunday, April 15, 2018 from 2:00-6:00 pm at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. His funeral mass will be at 11:00 am on Monday, April 16, 2018 at St. Joseph Church, 20 Highvale Lane Andover. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Andover.
