Ann Marie Smith

NORTH ANDOVER – Ann Marie (Trainor) Smith, age 83, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 23, 2020, surrounded by her family at Prescott House in North Andover. She was the wife of Lawrence W. Smith, the couple shared a long loving marriage.

The daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (McCarthy) Trainor, Ann Marie was raised in Andover, and graduated from Andover High School, class of 1954.

Blessed to be an at-home mom, Ann always enjoyed keeping a warm and inviting home for her family and guests. She truly enjoyed being there to provide for her children, making sure all their needs were tended to.

In her youth, she loved to skate on Pomp’s Pond in Andover and later in life she loved to listen to music and watch old movies. She loved animals, especially her pet Cricket.

Predeceased by one brother, William Trainor, Ann is survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
