Angelina J. (Guzzone) Lyons, 86, of Salem, NH passed away Friday, December 1, 2017 at Nevins Nursing and Rehabilitation Home. Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Josephine (Presti) Guzzone.
Angelina was raised and educated in Lawrence. She was a graduate of Lawrence High School, class of 1949. Angelina worked at Metropolitan Insurance, area banks, Raytheon, and Western Electric. She was a parishioner of Mary Queen of Peace Church in Salem, NH and very active in the Prayer Shawl Ministry.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Lyons and her brother, Benjamin Guzzone.
Angelina is survived by her children, Robert Lyons and his wife Elizabeth of Salem, NH, Todd Lyons and his wife Carol of Salem, NH, Elizabeth Flanagan and her husband Kevin of NC, and Matthew Lyons and his wife Elaine of Salem, NH; sister, Phyllis Palermo and her husband James of TX; sister-in-law, Lucille Guzzone of FL. She also leaves 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a visiting hour from 10:15-11:00 AM on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Mary Queen of Peace Church, 200 Lawrence Rd., Salem, NH. A funeral mass will be held at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
