Angel M. Cruz

Angel M. Cruz, 50, of Lawrence, MA, passed away on March 19, 2022 at home. Born on March 1, 1972, he was the son of the late Angel and Carmen (Calo) Cruz.

Strong, but sensitive, Angel was one of a kind. He had a passion for cars, bikes, and off-road vehicles. He preferred home-cooked meals with his family and every time they were together, he would not miss the chance to reassure his children and grandchildren how much he loved them. Angel’s attention to detail was impeccable, he was a passionate man, and fully committed to complete whatever he started. He was ambitious, upfront, and one of a kind.

Angel is survived by his children, Zuleika Cruz and her husband Gabriel of Haverhill, Franchezka Cruz of Haverhill, and Jonathan Cruz and his girlfriend Jada of Haverhill; brothers, Gilberto Torres, Elias Cruz, Moises Cruz; sisters, Veronica Delbrey, Rebecca and Norma Cruz all of Bronx, NY, and his five grandchildren, Zuleily, Ezrah, Angel, Jeriel and Jonathan; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours on Sunday, March 27, 2022, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen. A funeral service will be held on Monday March 28, 2022, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Lawrence.
