Amber L. Greenhow, 39, of Tewksbury, MA, passed away suddenly on Saturday, April 3, 2021. She was born on August 17, 1981, in Lawrence, MA and raised in Tewksbury and was the daughter of Gregory and Karen (Ricci) Greenhow.
A graduate from Shawsheen Valley Technical High School in 2000, Amber focused on the culinary arts. She was most recently employed by Raytheon, located in Tewksbury.
Amber was a devoted, loving mother who enjoyed spending time with her family. Her children were her world and always looked forward to taking Kayla and Brandan on adventures and creating meaningful memories, especially at Salisbury Beach. She and her children loved getting everything ready for the new seasons. At the conclusion of a successful day of shopping, there was a lunch out or at least a trip to get something special at Mac’s Ice Cream.
Amber will be dearly missed and is survived by her children, Kayla and Brandan Greenhow of Tewksbury; her parents, Gregory and Karen (Ricci) Greenhow of Tewksbury; siblings, Gregory Greenhow, Jr. of Merrimack, MA, Amanda (Greenhow) Mitchell and her husband Russell, Jr. of Methuen, MA, and John Greenhow, III and longtime girlfriend Allison Hackett, of Milford, NH; as well as her much loved nieces and nephews, Coree Greenhow, Breanna Mitchell, Alexis Darner, Xavier Darner, Brennen Darner, Olivia Greenhow, Bruin Greenhow, and Piper Mitchell.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend calling hours between 4:00-7:00 PM on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street in Methuen. A funeral service will take place at 11:00 AM, on Friday, April 9, 2021, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Andover.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a college fund for Amber’s two children c/o Salem Five Bank, 601 Chickering Road, North Andover, MA 01845.
As of the most recent update, we are able to offer visitation periods and funeral services in the funeral home or at a church.
·Please be mindful during visiting hours to keep your condolences brief so that others may offer theirs as well.
·Gathering in the lobby is not allowed so that we may adhere to health code mandates.
·Facemasks are required while inside the funeral home.
