Richard G. Naroian

Richard G. Naroian, 70, of Methuen passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2017 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House with his family by his side. He was born in Lawrence and was the son of the late Peter and Beatrice (Donigian) Naroian.

Mr. Naroian was a graduate of Tenney High School in Methuen. He worked as a manager for the Don Kennet Company in Lowell and a sales manager for Sears. He also worked at Horizon Metals in Tyngsboro and Canobie Lake Park in Salem, NH.

Mr. Naroian was an active member of the Armenian Apostolic Church at Hye Pointe in Bradford. He had a passion for singing and was a member of the church choir, Men’s Club, and Knights of Vartan, Hye Pointe Chapter.

Mr. Naroian is survived by his wife, Barbara (Derderian) Naroian; sons, Jeffrey and his wife Suzy of Winchester, MA and Jason and his wife Robyn of Haverhill; brother, James Naroian of NH; grandchildren, Jacob, Ara, Jack Richard and Kyle. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Friday, October 27, 2017 from 4:00-8:00 PM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. His funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Armenian Apostolic Church at Hye Pointe, 1280 Boston Rd., Haverhill. Burial will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Methuen. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Armenian Apostolic Church at Hye Pointe Building Fund, 1280 Boston Rd., Haverhill, MA 01835.
