Kenneth S. DeMarco

Kenneth S. “Kenny” DeMarco, 73, of Hampstead, NH, passed away unexpectedly, on Thursday, April 4, 2024. He was the husband of the late Loretta M. (Hatem) DeMarco, with whom he shared forty-seven years of marriage.

Born in Lawrence and raised in Methuen, MA, the son of the late Anthony and Marguerite (Carelli) DeMarco, Kenny was a graduate of Central Catholic High, class of 1968. He later attended Northern Essex Community College. Kenny worked at Merrimack Valley Wood Products, and later started The Color Craftsman, his own graphic design company. Kenny also had a passion for building homes.

Hunting, fishing, hiking, and canoeing were ways in which Kenny enjoyed spending his time. Kenny was a good friend to so many. He was a devoted Celtics fan, who rarely missed a game, which he enjoyed in the company of his cat Rocky. He had an amazing talent for cooking and was well known for making incredible sausages.

In addition to his wife Loretta, Kenny was predeceased by his son, Louis A. DeMarco, and his brother, Tony DeMarco.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa DeMarco, of Hampstead, NH, and Miami, FL; his sister, Bernadette Hines of Ashburnham, MA; and many wonderful cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Saturday, April 27, 2024, between 1:00-4:00 PM, at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley Street, Methuen. A funeral service will follow at 4:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
