I want to extend my heartfelt condolences to the DiGloria family for John.
I came across this tribute by accident and I'm writing to ask if his brother James is the "Jimmy" DiGloria my family knew and loved.
Jimmy worked as a baker as Tripoli's Bakery. He was married to Theresa and they had a son also named James who also passed away as a young man.
He and Theresa stood up for my mom -Agatha Puglisi Iannuccilli- when she married Pat Iannnuccilli. Theresa and my mom both worked at a clothing factory off South Union street whose name I can't remember right now. They were good friends of my family.
When my mom was at the Mary Immaculate residence center, Jimmy would bring her a loaf of her favorite bread from Tripoli's every week or so.
In the end I'm writing to ask if John's brother James is the same Jimmy I knew, and if he was I want to apologize for not paying my respects to John.
God bless to everyone. Tom Perry

So sorry for your family's loss. We have really enjoyed bringing the children up with "Papa John" always around to lend a hand and give gardening advice. We will miss him greatly.
