Janet M. Battye-Peters

Janet M. (Janco) Battye-Peters, 73, a resident of Bradford, MA since 1997 passed away peacefully on May 18, 2017 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House surrounded by her family.
Born on August 12, 1943 in Lawrence, MA, Janet was the daughter of the late George and Mary (Dmytrow) Janco. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School in 1960.
Her highest priority in life was her undying love of God and her husband, David.
She is survived by her loving husband of 29 years David Peters; her brother-in-law William Battye; brother, Paul Janco ; daughter, Cristen and Walter Dion and their children, Zackary and Jason; and son, Eric and Dawn Peters and their children, Cassidy and Ryan. Janet was predeceased by her sisters; Diane Sullivan and Carole Battye.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visiting hours Wednesday, May 24, 2017 from 10:00 -11:00 am at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. The funeral service will commence at 11:00 am at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers; donations in Janet’s name may be made to Merrimack Valley Hospice House, 360 Merrimack St., Bldg. 9, Lawrence, MA 01843-9924.
