Gail A. (Riccio) Lacroix, 58, of Lawrence passed away Saturday, January 20, 2018 at the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Born in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late William and Ann (Sapienza) Riccio.
Gail was raised and educated in Lawrence and was a graduate of St. Mary’s High School. She worked at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen and also managed the call room at the Lawrence Eagle Tribune. In the 1980s, she enjoyed CB Radio with her handle of “Super Chick” where she made many lifelong friends.
Gail was predeceased by her brother, William Riccio and her companion, Paul Grover, Jr.
She is survived by her son, John Lacroix of Lawrence; brother, David Riccio and his wife Barbara of Pelham, NH; nephew, David Riccio; niece, Lynda Riccio as well as many aunts, uncles and close friends.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 9:00-11:00 AM at Cataudella Funeral Home, 126 Pleasant Valley St., Methuen. Funeral services will be held at the conclusion of visiting hours at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to your local Independent Living Healthcare.
